Dr. Kengphong Tangarunsanti had the great honor of meeting and engaging in discussions with H.E. Sorayut Chasombat, Ambassador of Thailand to the United Arab Emirates, in Abu Dhabi. The meeting was warmly welcomed, and invaluable insights were shared to support future initiatives.
During the discussion, Dr. Kengphong Tangarunsanti presented Thailand’s potential as a "second home" for people around the world, as well as the readiness of Chersery Home International, a specialized hospital for the elderly and a center for rehabilitative medicine. Additionally, the conversation explored strategies to position medical tourism as a new S-Curve for Thailand’s healthcare service sector, leveraging its strengths in high-quality care, cost-effectiveness, and integration with premium tourism destinations—key advantages that make Thailand a leading hub in Asia.
On this occasion, Dr. Kengphong Tangarunsanti presented a personally hand-painted artwork, “Phra Narai on Garuda”, as a token of appreciation for the Ambassador’s gracious hospitality.
With deep gratitude and appreciation, I extend my sincere thanks to His Excellency.
